If you’re PCC Foundation President Bill Hawkins, the answer is follow your heart – to campus, where you become a first-semester radio broadcast student.

When not putting Foundation board members and staff through their paces, Hawkins is out interviewing fellow students on campus for the LANCER Radio Network or working on projects for his class like this segment on the history of jazz.

Why jazz? “It’s a true American art form and I love it. Plus, you don’t hear much jazz music on campus these days…,” Hawkins said, beaming. “I’m having a blast.”
